Initial consultations are 250.00, for approximately one and a half hours. Payment is required at the time of the consultation. Earth Friendly bills on an hourly basis for services, from 150.00 - 250.00 per hour, depending on the scope of work. A standard markup of 30% is charged on purchase orders and work orders made on behalf of the client. Order costs are obtained at designer net or wholesale (up to 50% discount, depending on vendor), in which savings are passed onto the client. A retainer is required prior to commencing a project, (nonrefundable), following the initial consultation, and the amount of which is determined by the scope of work of that commission. Consultation services via telephone are scheduled upon receiving a client's payment, for the amount of time desired. Please call to schedule an appointment.

Alternative materials, furniture and Suite Baby items can frequently be purchased without commissioning design and consultation services, as items are produced and procured for trade shows as well as clientele. Many items are made to order, however we often have stock in others. Please call for further information.

We are happy to service our colleagues with their own projects which are required to be natural and nontoxic. To fellow designers and contractors, we offer a 30% discount off the hourly rate, after the initial consultation.
